History
HELKA Aussenhandelsgesellschaft mbH was founded on 23.08.1986 as a pure Trading House.
On 04.04.1995 the name has been changed to HELKA GmbH - Aussenhandel und Internationale Spedition and International Forwarding has been added to the field of activities of the company
On 08.06.2005 Helka GmbH turned back into a pure Trading House and the name was changed into H.L.K. GmbH - Aussenhandel.
For the international forwarding business a new company was founded and named Helka GmbH - Internationale Spedition under which the company became well-known in the meantime worldwide.
